Will check fuser assy as Canuck said.

    Thanks

I now agree with you on coronas after looking again at PDF. for A3
may have some substance or oil ow wires

A3 paper size 297mm x 420mm= is the problem area
    A4 " " 210mm x 297mm= no problem

if not coronas/ if u now run 10 of those same copies & or prints and still have that same blank image area and it does not move/ the common denominator in this case has to be the LASER PATH, if it is only effecting the A3 paper width ,what is left left - can't be Drum Heater -voids would be on other sizes

if that void area moves just on A3- u may have to examine the drum surface again in that area for discoloration or staining

Yea the fuser section can cause problems fusing and creasing when bushings break causing uneven fusing ,but that image fault doesn't look fuser related to me.
That's my two cents on the matter.
I have seen alot of trail edge deletion issues on long paper from shot fuser rolls and bearings...analog Xeroxs were famous for it....it was a no brainer amongst Xerox techs.
