PS4 and PS35 are just locations. What are the actual jam codes, 00xx,01xx,02xx?
Are they stationary or delay jams??

Try replacing pick up, feed rollers and separation rollers.

Adding a wrap may be a good idea, but it does not mean it will solve the issue for Jose.
If there are delay jams, it only means that the paper did not reach that PS4 sensor in time.
Thats why its important to know what are the jam codes.

since the problem went away for sometime after cleaning rollers, i presume some of them or all are in need of replacement

PFT &Sep roller will cause Delay Jams @ exit. But I agree w/"screwtape" enter the sp modes, they are your best friend. It beats chasing your tail. Something were all quilty of from time to time.

Yes jam codes are needed....if it is in the delivery section,i have seen the grey delivery rolls slip on the shaft that they are mounted to...crazy glue fixes them
