    Canon IR3300 Heater Assy. problem

My Canon IR3300 has repeated heater assy. problem. Thermistor, film, filament all replaced 2-3 times. Machine brakes down with error code 00000-00000. When replaced it works only for a day or two and then breaks down. No other machine problem. I have noticed that if volume copies made then copier hangs with message "Processing" and then 00000-00000. Last time even pressure roller was also burnt. Please given any tips and permanent solution.

You mention all the items being replaced,, are they being replaced as a unit, the fixing film assembly? Or are they being replaced one at a time. I would only be replacing the entire fixing film assembly for E000-E004 problems. Some people replace the films when there is a physical problem with them, but electrical problems,, replace the entire assembly...

Otherwise you are down to the DC-Controller, or the Main Power Supply PCB.
