    IR3220 error E000002-0007

    Had a Jam in the office just wondering what this error code is, and how to reset the Copier.

    Basically How to get into the technical panel, of the IR3220.

    Error Code E000002-0007

    E002--007 means the fuser didn't reach operating temp in time. Reset and if it gives another error call a tech.

    To reset code:
    Press additional functions, also known as *, then press 2 and 8 simultaneously, then press additional functions again. Your screen should change, if not try again until you see "Copier".
    Press copier-> function-> clear-> err. Press "ok" on the bottom and switch the copier off/on at main switch on the right side toward the back, not the one on the control panel.

      calla tech first/ u may have paper wrapped or stuck under sensor or over fuser roller/
      don't mess with error clr

      e002-0007
      Main thermistor TH1 Non-contact type (temperature control/overheating detection)

        it did have a paper stuck i checked it before restarting, i did the reset and now everything works fine.
        thanks for the help guys.
        thats the one thing i was doing wrong is not holding down the 2,8 key at the same time.

          good find/ but if your fuser rollers/ or unit is old ,/ or gears are worn- it could happen again/ have a tech check it anyway
