The imagepress has great color output! Hard to believe you get many complaints on that models color. On the business color - yes.

Rarely, do I show a customer a test chart copy. Only if the before and after copy are extreme.

the light is actually different in parts of the world so as colour is light frequency reflected it is different
we all see colours differently anyway
how many customeres will pay for you to calibrate their monitors before they complain of colour matching every colour box is different
set it up to youre test chart and wave goodbye

all boring stuff but I love colour boxes allways have

you can get panatone swatches that show panatone incomparison to ymck toner acheiveable they are an eye opener and an easy way of showing the customer what is acheiveable on their box there is some big differences
they show what is actually acheiveale
                  no fiery no panatone !!!!!

                          Blaze,

How many more test patterns would you like? I cherry-picked the best (8), but have perhaps 40 more ...

                          =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
