without changing the machine and how it works I do not see this being possible. I know there are things that can be done in order to achieve this, but I have not personally done them. What are you trying to achieve by lowering the fuser temp?
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
Actually we are using 80gsm papers to do photocopy, due to leak of that kind of papers we are changing to 70gsm and it cause paper jam oftenly. We have no choice just to shutdown few machines and it hurt our business since 3 days ago. I hope some vip would give me some tips regarding on it.

FIX-TEMP
Use it to select a fixing control temperature. Settings 0: disable (default)FIX-SMR
Use it to set the fixing trail removal mode in a high humidity environment. Caution When ‘1’ is set, the following will occur:
• The laser intensity will be reduced by 50 V.
• The fixing film control speed is changed from 539 to 535 m/sec. • The fixing/feeding speed is reduced:COPIER>ADJUST>FIXING FX-FL-TH
Use it to enter the fine-adjusted value for the fixing film speed for thick paper.
• Use it to make fine-adjustments in relation to the target control speed of
the fixing film when thick paper is selected.
Range of -3 to +3 (in msec; default: 0)
adjustment FX-FL-SP
Use it to enter the fine adjustment value for the fixing film when plain paper
is selected.
• Use it to fine-adjust the target control speed for the fixing film when
plain paper is selected.
Range of -3 to +3 (in msec; default: 0)

But in ir3300 i saw fix-temp can be adjust from 0 - 7. Does it become lower temperature if i set more higher digit?
Owning the service manual would have answered your question. I urge you to acquire this basic tool for your job.
The only practical answer I can think of for reducing fixing temperature is to reduce paper curl, which is really a paper problem, not a copier problem. It does often help in that regard...

as teckat says, don't mess with the fixing temperature.
GP605 and IR 5000 are some older Mashines, make sure, that the upper fixing roller is in a real good shape, also the cleaning web, this tends to dry out on older mashines, causing a lack of silicone oil. If in doubt, renew at least the web, this is not very expensive and done within a few minutes (dont forget to reset the counter )
Last, but not least have a look at the seperation claws, renew them also.
