I m getting e000002-0010 in Ir 6570.Touch screen is also not functioning at this time.

first remove fuser unit & check
if all ok, go in service mode & do an ERR CLR

[SCREWTAPE]

Clear the code first, shut down and check to see if the machine comes up.
Then check the fuser unit, check the conditions of thermistors, clean them if dirty.
Check the pressure roller and bearings for seizing.
If the code comes back, replace the thermistors of what seems to be at fault within the fuser.
