ir600 Jams going into Saddle Finisher

Okay, copier works great without finisher. We have 2 of these doing the same exact thing. Paper just does not seem to be pushed enough to get it into the saddle finisher even when connected properly. It works once in a while, but most of the time the paper just falls down between finisher and copier.

    Any ideas?

sounds like you are missing the exit gate that goes on the exit of the copier

Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

I have the gate installed on both. I will check height adjustment.
