    [Jamming] canon ir 105

machine will consistently run 10 to 30 print double sided before jamming. jam code is 010b every time. changed out sensors after fuser unit but no luck. i am going to check out fuser motor, fuser unit( although it turns easy enough and drive gear not brocken) also may check reg clutch . any ideas anyone ????

Check that the "tooth" on the inside of the UFR gear hasnt broke off or gear on fixing motor isnt stripped....probably tooth though. Its common. If its is heat up a screw with a lighter real hot and thread it into where it broke off from the inside....let the head act as the tooth. It will work until you get a gear. I had a customer do a 100k print job with a repaired one. Use a short screw and dont go through to the outside teeth

You can try to check for the Duplex sponge roller.

even if gear is not broke, it could have a stress crack on side which may not be visible/ stress cracks spread teeth during operations only and cause teeth to walk over other drive gears, causing a delay or lock up. when u stop machine to look at gear it appears normal .
