I run single side, no paper jam. But if do double side, for only 1 sheet no paper jam problem also. But if i run double side (more sheet per sets) for offset collate, paper jam 0205,0209 come out...

Check you connectors in this area.

Again bad clutches in the registration area and pick up assy can still cause these types of jams.

Check for a burnt pin on the connector for the right deck .. could have been burnt by a tech removing the right deck feed head with powering off the copier ( screw falling the pins or being touched by a screwdiver .. i have done it myself )

                1125 Jam Code

A jam code of 1125 occurs intermittently in the Saddle Finisher-K3N. Paper is jammed after the saddle inlet sensor prior to the buffer rollers.

The cause of the intermittent 1125 jam was a bent arm on the punch die slide. This arm has a green handle attached to it and is utilized during jam removal when paper is located in the punch assembly. This arm would contact adjacent frame areas causing a slight shudder in the movement of the paper and punch dies. The arm was reformed to provide for proper clearance and movement. Reference picture below for location of jam removal arm.

                  1125 Jam

The 1125 Jam can occur if the actuator for PI59 is not jumping back fast enough. If the issue occurs, try adding a wrap to the spring for PI59.

                              IR105 error 0118

Jam error 0118 is caused by delay in paper travel from the paper deck to the registration. Clean or replace paper feed rollers and paper path rollers (from the side) and the registration roller. Make timing pattern on a piece of paper and make copy. Compare the result to the original, check for any delay. Make more copies and compare all the copies to see if the timing changes.
