    3220 cant calibrate

When i try to print the calibrate sheet (sheet1) an error occure "the operation has been cancelled" an nothing happend.

Sometimes the sheet come out, and can be scanned, but when i try print out sheet2,
    the error occuer again.

The prints/copy quality is okey, just a little bit yellow

    what could be wrong ?

Sounds like your using the full auto-gradation

when your color patches are off centered this will cause your issue
Your registration may be off/ print out a PG 6 GRID Pattern check your alignment /also check PG 10 for miss alignment
    PG10.JPG
if lines do not match up/ remove ITB & ITB Belt to clean underside/ and clean the Black drive Roller surface to prevent belt drift/ if sheet is old-replace it

***If this issue is with calibration from the imagePass Fiery
    / see below

If Dept. ID mode is enabled on the copier, the scan function may be turned off in the following Dept. ID set up mode: Additional Functions - System Settings - Dept. ID Management - Register ID/Password - Scan = Off, resulting in 'Measurement Page Not Detected' being displayed when trying to scan the measurement page with the gray scale. If this is the case, you can enable scanning w/unknown ID's for calibration purposes with the following setting:
    * Additional Functions - System Settings - Dept. ID Management - Accept Scan Jobs W/Unknown ID's =ON
    Please note the following:
    * Be sure to turn Scan W/Unknown ID's to off after calibration is completed.
    * Also, if you're not sure if there is something under user settings preventing you from performing the scan you can perform an MMI clear in service mode under Copier/Function/Clear/MMI, this will reset all user settings to default. If you perform the MMI clear you may need to reset service mode Copier - Option - Int-Face - Img-Cont to '3'. (Even though it still appears to be set at 3, other wise 'Check The TCP/IP' may appear at the bottom left of the display and the imagePass C1 and the C3200 will not communicate).
    * If you are calibrating a copier version of the imageRUNNER C3200 be sure to perform a full auto-gradation using: Additional Functions - Adjustment Cleaning prior to calibrating the imagePASS C1.

Well if your copies look a little yellow. Sounds to me like you are gonna need a yellow drum.

I remember this a while back. Won't hurt to check. Inspect the actuator for PS8 (center delivery tray full sensor) and ensure that it is moving freely and not hanging up. Check the photo below. If this checks well, try the next step.

      Next.

Try a RCON clear and a CCD adjust. Print out a P-Print from service mode before clearing the ram of the RCON, if that does not work reseat all Accessory p.c.b.'s on the Main Controller and also reseat the Boot Dimm.

If your registration looks a bit off, then follow Teckat's instructions.

        SCREWTAPE,

Great point about that sensor sticking /(center tray) it does prevent calibration from taking place, because it thinks that center tray is full of documents

Yeh !/ SCREWTAPE - reminded me about that center sensor arm sticking/ in that picture above u see those metal
arms that have those black sheets attached/ they twist up & bend up the arm of actuator out of position/ so when that sensor reads full u can not calibrate/ because the calib. sheets output in that tray
