    Is it possible you explain me what is Level 2?
    I enter Service Mode,go to Test,put all numbers there 1,4,8,10 and doesnt print any test.
    How can be this possible or what does effects on this?

    When u hit service mode Ith *28*, in the screen where u select copier. U can hit *2 to go into service mode level 2. U can find more settings there.

    In Service Mode missing some commands like Adjust-V-COUNT,COLOR,HV-PRI,HV-TR ETC
    What is missing is a controlling command like this : VBACK-Y/M/C/K (Used to adjust electric potential for removing image fog. My copier fault)
    As you think my copier needs firmware.I dont have it and i need it.
    Please can you help me?
