In Service Mode missing some commands like Adjust-V-COUNT,COLOR,HV-PRI,HV-TR ETC
What is missing is a controlling command like this : VBACK-Y/M/C/K (Used to adjust electric potential for removing image fog. My copier fault)
As you think my copier needs firmware.I dont have it and i need it.
          Please can you help me?

When u hit service mode Ith *28*, in the screen where u select copier. U can hit *2 to go into service mode level 2. U can find more settings there.

Is it possible you explain me what is Level 2?
I enter Service Mode,go to Test, put all numbers there 1,4,8,10 and doesnt print any test.
How can be this possible or what does effects on this?

I wouldn't mess around with settings in service mode unless you know what they do.

Under test, are you adding the paper quanity and do you have paper in the tray your selecting.

unless I read a manual on all the printers I worked on/ studied it over and over , that is how u grasp what is happening. I still know many veteran techs who are stubborn, think they know it all off the top of their Heads, we all have memory lapses

I know what does they mean because i have SM of IRC3200 and i am trained on some canon machines (IR9070,IR105+).
But how is possible not to print Test prints?

I have years in this field(mostly in other brands, not Canon) and i am sure if somebody thinks he can keep in his mind all information needed about copiers,he lie himself.
I have my way doing things in my life and in my profession.
I try to use my brain, not to remember where i take this screw and this other, but to understand the logic of problem. And if i have SM,i read about the problem and do the right thing.
But,in my case (CLC3200),nowhere is written about this kind of problem or what is written about,i have done right now.
I can understand that lasers dont work syncronuosly (not problem of drums,belt,gears/they are changed and i am trying to repair this fault.
I must try to repair this because if i dont,i must sell it for scrap. Therefore i need your help Teckat and all people in this forum.
Now i have to think what makes Test Prints off.
