Image quality problem - Adv. C7065

    Image quality problem - Adv. C7065

    Hello.

    I have a quality problem on a Adv. C7065.

    Looking for some advice

    Magenta and cyan seems to drop on the top of prints, look at the image (scan1.jpg).
    Is it the developer already? The machine has only done about 220k and the developer is supposed to last 500k.

    And also just to confirm
    Look at the top left of scan 2 - is this the primary charger failing like i suspect?

      Check the cyan developer and the primary transfer in the ITB for starters.

          I assume the Cyan developer is failing indeed. The black copy is made out of CMYK buildup i think? Maybe the result of the Cyan developer also. Remove the drum and inspect the developer rol.

          Maybe a broken stirring shaft?

          Is that pre-modified ITB mottled print?

              jus a quick analysis: get a good fresh paper first before doing any trouble shooting. if copy quality remains even w/ fresh paper, then start trouble shooting
