Can somebody tell me if this machine will scan both sides of the original in "scan" mode (to PC or whatever). I know it will "copy" 2-2, but have a customer asking about scanning. Kind find this in the documentation, but I am assuming it surely will. Thanks!

The iR1025iF does so I suspect the 1023iF will also. It is in the user manual under "2-Sided Originals (Scan to File Server)". -
I'm sure it will. I don't have a user manual for the machine. I'm gonna pick one of these up from the wholesaler. Are they pretty good boxes?Comment

We are a small company so we only have a couple dozen of the 1023/1025 series in the field. Over the past few years all we have had to do was replace drums, general cleaning, and a couple separation pads were replaced/modified. We also had 1 that was DOA - but all it needed was system software reloaded. So long as the customer does <3,000 copies a month it should be fine.
