Ir8070 paper jam in heat Rollers

    DSC06906.JPGDSC06907.JPG

Hi in my IR 8070 the paper is jamed in the Fixing Roller. The first Picture shows the paper jam in the machine the second picture sows the paper. Both the Rollers are Roating well.I replace the Claws but no use. I will post the Jam code later.

check that sensor flag > for burs-nicks-tension/shown in pic

From the picture it looks to me like you have a trans/sep problem. Check and make sure the paper is not trying to wrap around the drum which will give you a delay jam

If i move a paper with my hand by rotating the roller the paper goes like waves. I think the problem is in Fixing section.

I agree with teckat. could be a bad bearing on the LFR or cracked bushing on the UFR causing uneven pressure. You inner delivery rollers could be worn as well.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

The Jams code are 20A and 10B. Also the spacer after the Electrode plate is broken is this cause the Jam.

If you mean the collar that insulates the roller from the bearing, then you've found your problem. The pressure will be uneven across the rollers. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

No it is the Insulation ring next to the Electrode plate.

Is there any chance that the fuser bearing could slip out of the frame?

Or better yet, perhaps the fuser bias ring or contact is shorting to ground, drawing down other high voltages like (drum roll please) .... separation voltage. =^..^=

If you are referring to the thin black ring on the fuser roller, and it is broken, you need to replace it.

Yeah, a missing gear will do that. I have also seen the bearing for the gray internal delivery roll assembly pop out at the front, losing the drive at the gear at the front of the delivery roll assembly. Also have seen the rubber rollers rotate on the shaft itself and also if the sensor actuator shown in the pic is massively worn down the paper will not be detected

It looks like your fuser roller could use a good cleaning or replacement while you're at it.
