IR3235 half blank copy

Hi all,

I have specific problem on IR3235 with half paper blank copy?! See attachement!
First I have to changed drum unit, developer unit and right hand door (complet ), RAM and ther is no result! If enybody have some other idea please write.

Do you have some errors.
What about clear MCON or DCON.
Is this copy or print?

Try to stop the machine in the middle of job end check where you lousing second half.

Good day, ticket ask if you are having the issue from the glass when u copy or from the doc feeder, if the problem occurs from doc feeder and not tray then u may have doc feed configurations issue.

Can you generate an internal print sample and see if the problem exist?

All i ask here is exactly what ticket is asking.

Is it maybe staking receive fax?? I think this is:

Maybe the transfer roller is bad, has flat spots or not seated properly. Causing the paper to slip/halt at the drum.

Check your all cassettes set up /paper sizes

if u notice image is exactly in half/ this is not a transfer issue

what size paper is your posted image issue on ???

what was that posted image - a scan/ a copy/ a print/ a fax ????

The casettes is set properly,and I have replaced the tran.unit.
The posteed image is copy,but it's not the image always in the middle of copy.

Since the half print problem occurs on all the functionalities ( copy, print, fax?) , and your cassetes properly configured, and u say u have replaced dev unit, transfer etc, I would rule out the CIS or reader unit in the equation. I suggest however that you explore the possibility of replacing the Main controller pcb. It is possible it has a problem with the image processing function. Remember that from the main pcb the image is sent to DC controller to control the laser drive signals. Keep trying.
