I tried all the usual fixes including replacing corona wires and cleaning blade. Still about every 20 pages one is faded. Any suggestions before I do the major things. Ever seen this before
What I've found is usually something with transfer corona contact, developer clutch, or (rarely) HVT PCB. Check/replace the transfer block on the back of the drawer for cracks or the one on the inside of the copier.

Check your HVT & it's Transfer connector FH2-9246-020for issues TR.JPG block.jpg High voltage Cable may resolve the problem. Part number for the High Voltage Cable is (FG6-5057-000).
