[Misc] back ground on lead edge iR3300

Back ground on lead edge on a iR3300,has a new drum and charge roller.
seems to only happen on the first page then it goes away, its about a 1/4 inch on the ledge edge of the copy in every tray. Its almost like it has residual charge or bias left over from the last copy cycle. Thinking on changing the developer unit next????

Does it do it on prints? If not, run 5 copies of 1 page from glass(will only scan once)1st bad, rest ok? If so, print engine issue. If all bad, poor scan lamp or inverter. Isolate whether it is reader or printer
