[Jamming] IR 330 photocopy copying half the page & sometimes jams up

Question I have an IR 330 Photocopier with 127000 copies that I purchased when it was at 55000, So far I have not done any repairs to the machine except drum & toner replacement and occasional cleaning/servicing.
The drum was just replace with about 1000 copies done and a new toner installed but recently after about 30 copies some comes out with only half the page done and others might come out sucessful. It's like if the machine starts to run hot when continuous prints are done and it starts to act up. If only a few copies are attempted it is fine.. Note: recently I get alot of paper jaming issues as well from time to time.. Any ideas to the problems would be helpful.

Excellent diagram to relate to, to tell us what the defects are on your copies, just don't get hung up on the fact that the example is letter-r in orientation. The main thing to note is paper feed lead edge, and front and rear of copier,,,

Just thought of face up, or face down delivery as helpful also in determining the page fault.

Bad Photocopy Pictures for Canon IR330

              Hi All,

I have attach 2 copies of the problem we are mainly encountering with our IR330 Canon B/W Copier. Normally the problem occurs after around 10 prints to 25. Sorry we don`t have any jam codes because this copier mainly shows a blinking light indication on where inside the copier the paper jams. The paper jams are not a major concern more the recently bad copies it has been making. Any assistance is appreciated.

              Thanks,
              Kevin..

what are those cross-feed color lines from ?
transfer roller ? charging roller ??

how was that image printed ?
                off glass/ from PC ?
It does not reflect your statement about half image missing ?

                  IR330 copy faults

The cross lines found on the print I have provided came from my scanner that scanned the document attached, but if you notice the first page printed side way and the second printed showing top half blank with the bottom half showing printed and not the entire page.

                    let's get this straight /

u scanned those pages on your personal scanner- to then print to ir330 ??

                    Start from the basics first-
                    1. how are the copies from the iR330 ?
                    2. if networked- how are the prints ? - post a print from a web page !
3 post some TEST PRINTS from service mode

Are these supposed to be from the same run of copies, of the same original?

In other words, a single original, and say, 25 copies, and these two examples came from that same run???

Did you reference both samples you scanned up against and edge of your scanner's doc glass, or were they simply placed haphazardly on the scanner?

                          IR 33 Photocopier Update

Yes the picture I attached happen on 1 run where the print did not come out as the original copy. The original print was placed properly on the scanner so it is not from placing the page incorrectly on the scanner glass. I called a technician out and he showed up today Saturday Jan 22nd. He believe it might be the developer unit or a roller causing the issue. He will return with parts and tools to work on it Monday. I know it is definitely something inside the unit. I was thinking a roller of some sort but what seems to throw me off is it happens like when the unit during the copies starts to warm up or gets hot possible causing this alignment issue which is my believe. Any ideas anyone ???

A service call was place and the technician replaced the Developer & service some rollers resolving the issue. Just taught I would provide a final update. Thanks to all who assisted with their suggestions.
