something does not look right !!!
u have a corner bend on paper, may be hitting guide to cause delay

did u clean those rollers ??
they become slick with paper dust-

That is an S1 finisher. We have had issues where the rollers were not going down far enough to grab the paper and causing a jam similar to yours. We either weighted down the arms or took flat lead wire and rolled it on the shaft under where the tire sits. This will force the tires down further.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

            Good Point on MacGyver fix,
without these discovery fixes from techs.,
half of these imageRunner Finishers would never work.

U also need to inspect those crappy offset rubber rollers

As said, replace those offset rollers, lose the white deflector plates ( showing at the very front of your picture, one also at rear ) and check the finisher input guides as I have had to replace a few for being warped.
              Yes, I am a nerd.
Gaming PC - check. Raspberry Pi - Check. Custom ROM on phone - check. Thick glasses - check.

You should be getting a jam code with this problem,, off hand it could be the entry sensor not working correctly causing this issue.

You know those little dampers on the guide on the right door? Well they have them in the finisher too. The rear side where the plastic arm lifts and lowers the tires hits a pad on the frame and also the white piece below it has one on top that can get mushy. Sorry if my description sucks but I had problems where the copies weren't stacking well, getting pushed out on the floor and end up all over the place. I took the top covers off the finisher to replace those parts and found the pads. Hope this helps because that one can drive you nuts.

Do the rolls drop into position and rotate? Does it do it from all trays, all paper sizes,bypass... If everything mechanically is working and nothing obstructing then possibly a lazy delivery sensor before finisher. Jam code is helpful. Image is registered properly on paper?
