    Try this- Take the laser out, rip the shutter out of it, throw it across the room(do not hit the customer in the head with it)put it back together and try it without the shutter, if it works then the problem was the shutter.

    Be sure to put the shutter back in after troubleshooting!

      Thank you very much Teckat for your help.

      I have resolved the problem but only with your help no other way.
      The problem was the door mechanism and one spring in the laser motor was not in place.
      Problem resolved,thanks again.

        sometimes it takes a trial and error & basic procedures to isolate an issue.
