iR5070 bypass jamming heavy paper only

Machine works fine through bypass, but when I load heavy paper, it jams every time. Swapped fuser, and bypass assembly on the swinging door right side; the only thing remaining is the bypass clutch on the frame @ rear. Is there anything else that would cause this?

does it jam without selecting HEAVY Paper
    ?
    while using Heavy Paper
    !

if u select Heavy when u use Plain paper in bypass will it jam ??

Selecting heavey when I use plain does not jam. When heavy paper jams, it's sometimes skewed (image ok!) and sometimes it's just straight, but stalls just before fuser, or in the fuser, or sometimes when it's getting out of the fuser. Like I said, i exchanged the entire fuser unit with reg. roll assy and coronas (easy to take out), swapped it - didn't change anything. There must be something with that clutch on the frame

if Heavy paper skews before fuser/ check for the proper gap between the upper and lower registration guides.
if bent>tight gap could cause heavy paper to skew

If I understand you correctly, when it jams, sometimes the paper is skewed but the image on the paper is not? If this is the case the problem is after transfer and not in the registration area. If the image is skewed on the paper, yes, reg area. If it is straight, make sure vacuum transport fan working, fuser inlet guide is adjusted properly, drive of transport belts(known for issues, gotta add spacer),bent transfer guide(wrong angle),transfer guide rollers,..pull the cover off the transport, cheat it and look whats going on. Proper separation, belts ALL turning? Does it happen with LTR and LTRR ?And how Heavy is the stock?
