Ir3570 clearing logs

Hi,

I need to clear logs off system monitor for Print, Fax & copy jobs on Canon ir3570 & ir3300

looked in service mode and additional function, but no joy.

there no option when you press system monitor & select print & log on display, no option to delete.

any input would be appreciated.

service mode-function-system-check type 2-hd clear
reboot and the system monitor should be clear

I was able to get into service mode-function-system....from this point could not get to check type 2. Monitor says level 1. I proceeded from here and did hd clear, however the print log is still on screen, nothing cleared. Can you please advise?

Once you are in level one simply press the additional function key and then 2. That will put you in service mode level 2.
