Canon IR3530, department ID and Password Removal

Can anyone help me remove the Department ID and Password?

I just bought a slightly used Canon IR3530 unit, when I turn it on, the display goes directly to the department ID and Password input...sadly No body knows the the codes.
Is there a default or universal codes? thanks in advance.

You have to go into service mode to clear the password. Enter Service mode>Copier>Function>Clear>PWD-CLR>OK

You enter service mode by pressing (Additional Functions *)>(2and 8 simultaneously)>(Additional Functions *) Keys. Once in service mode, don't change any other parameters or you will need to consult a service technician to get your machine running again.

Turn off copier

Password should have been cleared.
