Uneven layout writing on copy paper

    Hi There,

Has anyone come across this situation before, guess i have run out of options. Got this problem on one of my other client machine ir3300 on monday and everytime i copied a document the end result will have the writings layout different from the paper vertically upwards, the writings go bend not align with the paper vertical output, it is as if the paper is not inserted and properly lay on the tray.

Have already checked the paper tray, pick up rollers, separation rollers, paper pathway right into the developer and drum unit and through to the fuser unit, even tried adjustment settings and changed the whole pick-up unit but still can't solve the problem. Got to the last option of changing the board but i'm still having the fault happening, Is there something else that i haven't tried or is the cause for this?

    Really appreciate your help.

post a copy of your issue !

    SKEW ISSUE
    -
The Rear Registration Roller Bushing can become misplaced.
( The Front Bushing can also cause the issue)

Check that not only the Bushings are installed correctly but that the Springs ( shown below ) are also attached.

    or is it this>>

the image will distort in the cross-feed direction.
    DISTORT.jpg
if so>Replace the laser assembly (FG6-5633-000).

    or is it this below>

Image is Wavy, Lead to Trail. ?
The image made from the glass and test prints ,
are wavy from the lead edge to the trail edge.

Replacing the Scanner Assembly correct that wavy issue.
Scanner Assembly part number is FG6-5633-000.

Is it crooked or actually bending the image?

Assuming it's just crooked, like paper not in correctly, check the 1st set of rollers(#26) after the feed/sep rollers. It was more common on the ir330, but the plastic mount that held the spring on item #1 would break.
