[CQ] IRAdv C.9070 color registration shifted during printing

    Hello Guys,

I'have a problem with an ImageRUNNER Advance C.9070. Since installation the colors registration move in horizontal direction about 0.2 mm. (laser relation problem).

The 4 colors (CMYK) are involved.

All kind of paper is also involved (heavy to light).

Did you already meet this problem?

Do you have any suggestion before PCB replacement?

    Many thanks for your help,

    Kind regards,

    Twinax

Perform Auto Correct Color Mismatch, and also Perform an Auto Gradation

To perform Auto Correct Color Mismatch, select Settings and Registration > Adjustments >Maintenance > Adjust Image Quality > Auto Correct Color Mismatch.

    If that fails>
    Clearing the DC Controller
, and performing an ITB INIT and then performing Auto Color Mismatch may corrected the issue.
    Note 1:
Before clearing the DCON, Back up the DC CON Data by entering service mode LEVEL2> COPIER> FUNCTION> SYSTEM> DSRAMBUP> OK
