Am having a problem with my Canon iR2016J giving me error ,system error E007.I have replaced Film and is still giving me the same error.Is there a way of reseting it so as to clear the error,How do i enter into service mode.If some one have a Technical/Service Manual i would greatly apreaciate if you can sand it to nrsmoyo@yahoo.com

Thanks my dear friend.I have changed the fuser film but i failed to get the actual one for Canon so i used an hp one,now the problem is to find white heat resistant paint to put the mark on the film so that the sensor can detect it.What can i use to put tis permanent white mark on the film?I tried with white paint and it only copy 5 copies and then the error comes again.

thanks a lot i will try to find the fuser-film.The only problem we have this side is that even Canon themselve they dont sell these films they only sale it as a unit which is very expensive

I understand the driving force of parts costs. While it may be more expensive,, it is a better repair to replace the entire unit than just throwing a sleeve on it. The e007 has to do with not seeing the film rotate. A dried out film lubrication can cause the film to stall out...

You can use katun or other manufacturers fuser films, but most important is to change pressure roller bushings. Otherwise that film is going to tear on one side, and you'll get the same error code after 10K.

My company also uses Swiss made films only on contracted machines to reduce costs.
I hate all of them.
If you can afford it buy an original, if you can't then choose the film for iR2270 instead of for iR2200.
