    iR5000 (110 volts)

I replaced a new HVT. New primary and transfer assembly. Check all the wiring specially in primary and transfer assembly and its OK. But during copying the output is purely white. Meaning theirs no copy.

As what I've noticed, when a paper pass through the transfer assembly u cant see a current in corona wire.

    Any help please.

    Regards to all. Thanks.

Are you sure that the developer roller is turning?

Try turning off potential control. If image quality returns replace the potential controller.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        blank pages

I remember this happening on the 5000/6000 units 1st chech the microswitch in the transport for the transport lift.( the teal cam handle) 2nd try pushing in the top right door when making a copy. the photo eyes can get dirty and cause blank copies or not get the full contact. hope this might help. Also don't for get to check out the developer drives also causing this.

Check your DISPLAY < DPOT values

Check the drive pulley (22T) on the Main Motor Drive assembly for wear

With Potential Control turned off, if copy quality now checks good with all copies./
Try clearing Ram for the DC Controller in Service Mode.( Service Mode > Copier > Functions > Clear > DC-CON.) don't forget to print out P PRINT before clear of DCON/ re-input those settings

sorry for the late reply on this post.

As what teckat and blackcat told, turning off potential control, theres no image return. Clearing Ram for DC controller got me an e000061-0001. DPOT values all is in 0 volts. I replaced the dim in DC controller, DPOT got a values now except the VDM is in 0 value. Stell got an E000061-0001

Before this problem happened which is "no copy", this machine got an E000025-0001. Then another tech repaired and E000025 gone. And now the problem "no copy" replace.

Another problem now is when copying on glass the paper is in the middle of transfer assembly both ltr and flsc. Jam code is 0331.

Blank copy result turning off potential control =Primary corona and HVT, which u replaced
When you have blank copies and have no 24vdc at J4501, check MSW2 ( Manual feed cover open/ closed detection ) at J1415 pin 8. This can be found under the upper left cover at the rear. It is a 9 pin connector with all Red wires and is connected to the Anti-Rush Current PCB. You should have 24vdc at all pins on this connector including J1415 pin 4, which is the 24vdc for the HVT.
Check MSW2, the switch could be mis-adjusted or loose.

Check your drum support / locking screw

are u getting Drum drive ??
