Hi every tech out there.
I also facing this problem in a few machine of 8500. I have change the t&s front and rear block and the corona wire but still the same.
I also have insulate the ts block lower frame with pvc tape. It only show improvement when i reduce the transfer charge velue to 200.
For your info I am Using oem t&s end block for front and rear. If anyone of you have any suggestion regarding this problem are really appreciated.Comment

change the TS settings in service mode. we have found setting it lower helps. usually below 100, but that will depend on where you are due to climate differences. Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.Comment

Hi Kingpd,
you mentioned " on carpet floor" how about wooden eleminated floor? is it would effect also? if so, Am I need to use extra earthing cable (wire) for grounding the machine?
20yrsexp> ir8500 tr-1 & TR-2 setting default is 531. And this I think Too much if I set to 200.
I worried it will sparking and demage the drum as well.Comment
