IR4570 Error 0007

Hi everybody,
I got a trouble at IR4570. Error code 0007-0000, when machine takes more than 4, 5 copies the error appear and machine goes down. It jaming at fuser. Some idea? I haven't this machine service manual and I don't know the error codes. =/

I'm fairly new to those smaller machines myself but it looks like a fixing film error. Here's what the book says:

E007 The rotation of the fixing film is faulty.
0000 While the fixing motor is rotating,
the marker signal is not detected for 6
sec with the reading of the main
thermistor indicating 100 deg C or
more.
Reset the condition in service mode:
COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
Replace the main thermistor. Replace

the DC controller PCB.

It is probably the fuser film, seen a lot of these. You may have to replace the film if it is torn on one side. (usually on the left side - side opposite the sensor)

ReproKev, do you have the code of this thermistor?

try to put some high-temp grease inside fuser film. If the problem still occur change fuser film

its a fixing film rotation is faulty, remove the film and apply more greece and fix it,...

practically i have done the above to solve the issue, try it............
