    Canon IR3570 curl on 11x17

    Having issues with paper curl on the exit path with 11x17. It seems the flapper is causing the paper to curl and is putting indentations on the paper. Only does this on 11x17. Any help would be appreciated.Heres a few pictures of the indentations on the paper.

      That almost looks like one set of rollers has to tug it out of the previous set of rollers, causing the guides to dig into the paper. Check all paper transport rollers to see if they are turning freely.

      How old if the upper fixing film assy? If it's older the film may be putting some drag in the paper.
