If you have the service manuals of irc 3100 then go through it and you will not face any problem to change the itb -
Yes I am canon trained, though by the question it seems as I am not! I ran across a customer with a c3100 with a copy quality issue and wants me to address it at a later date. I believe it is a drum assembly but just looking at my options. I am trained on the 5800/6800 so they seem to be similar.Comment

I also have NAVI and checked for the procedure but does not have it, I need the CD to be able to access that information. Is the cleaning blade attached to the ITB or does it slide out? Can I lube the blade or does it go in dry?Comment
