been to this machine before when doing single sided no problem. When doing double sided it turns corner on the front lead edge of the second side then jams come through fuser exit section.
Yes it is is the IRA series and it's only 2 months old and both the machines they have do the same. I will be able to get the codes on monday. Have you any ideas now.
