finisher fault canon 3045

i have a canon 3045 with internal finisher (with staples). when I make copies, the paper don't exit of all. the rollers dont make the complete cycle. and the paper dont exit of all

Maybe the offset rollers should be changed. it worth a try.

Replace the finisher controller pcb..they fail often. Is the copier seeing the finisher? Go into service mode and make sure there is a SORTER tab present
