Thanks. I have tried that, but it still gives me the error code E020 0440. I think a sensor must be bad, no?Comment

Machine has a range of acceptable values , your concentration may be out of the acceptable range because of improper concentration or a bad sensor. 04 is for Black so I would clean the Black toner sensor first, as this commonly gets dirty. It's mounted on a rail below the drum (about 7 oclock) behind the toner hopper, 1 screw, wiring harness running from above. Just dry wipe and slide back in. May need to do an init-k after as you tried initializing with dirty sensor.Changing the developer mix would be the best way to go but cleaning this sensor regularily will keep you going.Comment
