Canon IR2525 wavy print

Hello everyone, this is a first time caller..

We have a new Canon IR2525 with 2900 copies it intermittently prints very bad jagged and distorted print. It happens from the glass or adf.
We have replaced the reader PCB, same problem.

did you check test prints?
If you can post a sample that would help, but it could be a laser unit not spinning correctly.
