    clc 5000 cyan overtone

i have a clc 5000 that has a repetitive problem of cyan overtoning.i have tried to replace starter, drum, init and stir dev cyan, i tried to do a ram clear, tried to flip the salt sensor from another color and the machine keeps overtoning at every 2000 or 3000 prints. do you have suggestions?
by the way the code the machine indicate is E020 sub code 0140.

    thanks

Doesn't dev station have toner sensor internal to sense concentration. I would replace dev stn if it has more than 300K copies on it.

Prepare to do the other dev stations also...Just re-build them(cylinder, spacers, bearings, seals, gears, concent ration sensors)...much cheaper, easy to do
