    [Misc] IR-3300i Stuck in scanning

We have an Ir-3300i in the field and the copier is stuck in scanning...

Copier turns on fine and goes to ready mode in copy, when you try to make a copy from the Feeder or glass and you press the start key, the copier just stays stuck with the message on the display "scanning".

Never gives a code or jams. It's just stuck on that message. Only way to clear it is to turn off the copier and back on.

I have replaced main board and display. Any other suggestions?

    remove & clean memory ends> re-seat it/

Memory Dimm could be bad >

Before pressing the green start button, put it into service mode and see if you can initiate test prints from there, or if it has printing capabilities, try a PC print operation to see if the print engine is working O.K.

If you can, then you more than likely have a reader issue...

No test prints can be done through service mode, no printing from computers. It won't respond to anything, going to try the memory dimm next.
