I just bought a used canon C3200 that come with a X3e-01 SN JFN00341, but could not get it to connect to my network..

I have an ATT 2wire router, and the printer is connected directly to the router. i have 1 wired pc, 2 wireless laptop an a wireless imac connected to the same small office network. i want to use the printer on the network, but could not see it. i tried everything on this board but no luck yet. any help will be highly appreciated. thank you

did you configure the imagepass for your network? Is the imagepass connecting to your copier and coming to a ready state?

No am not a tech, just an end user.
Yes the imagepass is connected to the copier and am not sure what you mean by ready state, but it comes on when i power it up but no configuration menu on the printer screen.

you have to go into the machines service mode and turn it on. See page 3 of the document that zoraldinho posted. * (2,8) * to get in there. copier>option>body>IMG-CONT to a '3' restart the machine

The problem i having is am not even seeing the copier>option.
All i see when i power up the machine is a copy, mailbox and scan tab and the copy tab is highlighted. and few other buttons, direct, copy ratio, finisher, paper select, two sided, interrupt, special features etc.

First of all i wanted to say thank for being patient with me. I was able to get into service mode by pressing additional functions on the key pad>2,8>copier>Option>int-face>img-count. this where i'm stock. i see 3 and arrow ( 3 ) {0 5}. i press 3 on the keypad but nothing happen i press a different number then the (3) changes to that number. i changed it back to 3 press ok and restated my machine then what?

touch the ING-CNT and change to a 3. Hit OK to store and then reset 3 times to exit.
