Canon FL2-0167-030
Its holes where the rollers are were opened up because as this part ages from the heat it can shrink and the rollers can actually rub on the yellow guide. This is the worst I have seen this part do but non i took care of used it so little. 18k on this old machine isnt common.Last edited by Simons; 07-12-2011, 02:15 AM.Comment

Actually the last three numbers changed from 000 to 010 to 030. The new number is FL2-0167-030Comment

Hope no one minds me hijacking this post from 2011
but believe it or not I have just looked at an irc3170 & this exit guide is cracked & the rubber roller that sits inside has turned soft & sticky so the paper sticks to it & jams.
My question is I seem to remember this guide FL2-0167-030 comes with the roller as a complete unit, or is there another part number for the complete guide unit etc? such a long time since I saw this model & I cant remember!?
The fuser unit is surprisingly good condition, no flats spots on the fixing or pressure rollers, amazing.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!
