    [Error Code] paper is not correct , change paper messege

    hi every body
    i have canon photocopy machune model IR2020
    from 2 days appear messege when i using 1st cassette
    " paper is not correct , change paper "
    i do that :-
    1- change paper size frome A4 to A4r to A3
    2- change paper type from plane to recycle to heavy ot couler ...act
    3- reset machine from service mode " cleaer , all "
    all these and the messege same
    note when i using 2nd cassette it's normall copy but it's slower than befor
    please help

    do you get a jam with this message? There is a gear that was updated on the cassette feed unit that was updated for this issue.
