If its repetitious you can take your copy and bend it in a circle until the white spot meets the other. That will be the diameter of the roller in question. If its of any size. Without seeing a copy of it, it might be harder for all to figure out. Is it one spot, many spots, does it move on the paper, is it a big washed out spot, is it at the the lead edge only? It could even be moisture in the paper. Try different paper, or even turn that paper around, to see if it changes. If it does then I'd say paper. If it doesn't, then there are many things to guess. Is the drum heater turned on? How does you corona wires look? Tell us more please
The white spots happened could likely be due to a. toner b. drum damage.
You can print few copies of black background printout to check whether
the white spots do have consistent repeated pattern or locations.
If pattern is consistent - your drum might be damage or having toner
stick on drum - check on your drum/clean the drum surface.
If pattern is no consistent and non repeating at the same location, then
your toner might give your this problem.
Are you using OEM toner or aftermarket toner? Some of the aftermarket
toners will give you this problem because the charge carrier in the toner
is not competible with your drum. Try changing to OEM toner or do a
calibration of your toner with your drum again.
Lots of possibilities. I need more information. Attach a scan of your quality problem.

hi all
the problem is the humidity of paper, because whene i make a copies in the tow face of paper in the first the copy is bad but in the other side is good, so i take some paper and i make it on a hot temprator then i make a copy the print is good.

Your right i never even noticed it was a np6020. I'm embarrassed now. Good grief, there is nothing to that machine, and like you said a relic. What a piece of crud that was. Good observation, doesn't say much for the rest of us. silence, don't tell anybody.
