[Electrical] IR7086 finisher code E578 after tray switching

After copying until the finisher tray B is full, the next set starts to exit onto Tray B(about 3-4 sheets), mid-set it stops ejecting sheets and begins to switch to tray A. Once tray A is in place, copying resummes only to hit the exit rollers of the swing guide(as their not turning) and jams inside. If not removed the jam prevents the Nurling area to return to home position, leading to E578.

Thanks for the response, but the fault only occurs after the trays switch. If the jammed sheets are removed the job completes without any code. I'll still checkout the bulletin
