[CQ] Canon iRC3200 waste toner leaking

HI,
I have Problem On iRC3200 Waste toner leaking onto the guide plate below the itb cleaning blade
and speckling spots on copies.
When i remove the cleaning blade assembly and waste toner feed collector there pile of waste toner below the guide plate.

I have changed new blade assembly, itb belt, new itb belt assembly, but still get same problem.

Any input would be appreciated Thanks

Some waste toner does go into the waste toner bottle and pile of waste in the copier,
I left door open and actuated the door and the waste toner coil is turning, i can se the end shaft turning.

The racking machanism was stipped down & fixed, as the gears were not meshing all the time between it belt assembly
and the toner waster collector cocksrew gear.

I hope this may help anyone with similar fault.
