Dear all,
I have spent two working days to fix iR3300 and I am gave up. The problem is no result copied (blank paper in blank paper out) after replacing new drum and blade. Anybody ever experience samething and willing to share solution? Great thank if any..

coba chek transfer roller connection, mungkin terjadi sesusatu yang membuat transfer tidak memiliki tegangan,,atau chek laser exposure nya kemungkinan ada kotoran saat anda blowerchek kembali koneksi primary roller nyajika anda butuh buku manualnya akan saya kirimkan

How do internal prints look? Possibly bad laser? =^..^=

Open the front door while making a copy so that the latent image is still on the photoconductor. Pull out the drum and see if there is an image on it. If there is, the problem is with transfer. If not, I would suspect the laser unit or developer unit. Make sure nothing is blocking the laser path. Make sure your developer mag roller has toner on it and is turning. Wipe a clean spot on the mag roller, make a copy, if the clean spot is still there your developer unit is not turning to supply toner to the drum.

If not, I would suspect the laser unit or developer unit. Make sure nothing is blocking the laser path. Make sure your developer mag roller has toner on it and is turning. Wipe a clean spot on the mag roller, make a copy, if the clean spot is still there your developer unit is not turning to supply toner to the drum.

There is no image on the drum but a thick line of dumped toner when I pull out rhe drum. Seems to me the drum is not turning.

check developing cylinder gear. i think developing cylinder not rotating or developing assembly out of toner.

It could be a scanner problem? Id give it a quick check shutter etc.

check your developing assembly locking lever

Is the developing cylinder rotating ?
Is there coating on the developing cylinder ?
(Check to see if the developing block members are in firm contact with the photosensitive drum.)
Is the transfer charging roller mounted properly ?
Is the connection of the transfer high-voltage cord normal? Is there electrical continuity in the transfer high-voltage cord? (The resistance of the transfer high-voltage cord is about 10 kΩ.)

I found the drum unit was not turning because of broken gear set.
This small part hard to find locally. It will take long time to get the machine back on operation. Thank you all....
