    [Jamming] IMR 3750 Duplex jamming.

    Hello,
    i'm having issue on Canon IMR 3750 duplex jamming issue.
    Simplex printing is just fine, but when it's starting with duplex printing through ADF and as printing
    keep jamming on Top diverter area, and left door.
    Half of paper stuck on Trasnfer roller delivery area and Diverter on top feeder area.

    Checked on fuser temp setting and paper tray and removed 2 of feeding roller (Out of 4) on delivery unit based on the other tech mentioned. but still having issue.

    And also, found paper delviry damper easy to drop located right side on Tray 1 delivery unit reach transfer roller unit.

    Please, help me out.

      JAM CODES PLEASE ????

      all duplex operations jam> copies/prints & adf
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

          Thanks for your concern.
          I found the problem was right lower inner door having issue on located Tray 1.
          Part number: FC5-0596-000

          I removed 2 of delivery roller(FF6-0345-000) out to solve duplex jam issue based on the Forum. -it didnt work out this case.
