It looks like a developer cylinder pattern. Check dv unit including spacers.

chek transfer sparation corona assembly for any short. (replace this unit with a new one)

if on sparation coronas is ok or not a short, try chek the developing cilynder arm and bearings,, (replace dev cilynder and bearing + spacer)

Hello comrade from the specimen of your copy try the following:1.Check the spacers on the developer unit.2.Check the inner bearings on the developer unit. 3. Check on transfer blocks on the transfer corona,assembly.4. Check for any dry joints on the HVT board and any possible leaking component on the HVT board.5. Check for the settings of the drum potential in service mode ie OPTION>BODY>PO-CNT try to change between 0&1.Good luck!!

What is the machine counter on? I would guess it to be high.
