U say copies/ off glass>from DF ??
how are network prints ??

From both glass and DF. I had replaced the drum unit and the laser unit but still did not correct the problem

Looks like Developer Unit, 2nd guess possible drum shorting to ground, OEM drum?
Whats copy count?

It's look like developer bias issue.
