Without the explanation, I would guess that the enduser took a wrinkled original that did not lay flat on the glass and ran several copies. Then the person didn't want to waste the paper, and put it back in the tray for the next person to find.
I've experienced something like this before. I had been working on a subtle quality problem, and ran a couple hundred mostly blank pages. Let's say there is a sequence of spots on the page. Someone else sees these "blank" pages in the trash and says "What I waste! We can use these!" and puts them back in the tray. So I get a call from the first person "Hey! The problem is back! But only from tray 1... ".
Just a WAG ... =^..^=

Did you mean the lines on the print and copy has different orientations ?
Turn OFF Auto Orientation in Additional Functions>Copy settings>Auto Orientation>Off
Hehe, it's not a paper. I cleaned up laser unit, drum, coronas, everything but same problem appears. Also i did reset to factory settings, but same problem.
Even though you clean all the major parts, and reset the programs. It will not solve the problem if a parts is defective. Try to replace the unit one by one.
So you replaced ... nothing? And this is how you usually diagnose things? =^..^=

what exactly are u looking for ??
u post copies & prints of documents with line columns & some type of wavy background/
is your question about the background or the column lines-??
how did u clean drum>how old is drum>did u check for a fame to ground issue ??
if it is the background issue want answers for> if the similar image is on PRINTS & COPIES & DF Copies>
u need to check the developer>a bias issue> a grounding issue >Primary Corona Assembly connection(arching)and so forth
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
At least string a couple of corona wires, preferably (6).
Hehe. And doing nothing is somehow funny? =^..^=
